We can schedule regular window cleaning on a quarterly, semi annual or annual basis.  If we see your windows do not need a cleaning in the scheduled timeframe, we will let you know and reschedule accordingly.

Yes we are experienced in cleaning all types of windows from storm windows all the way to double/triple slider panes.  All window cleaning includes a wipe down of all frames & sills/ledges

Yes, we provide post construction debris removal- this is done by hand and razor and has extra charge

We clean a lot of windows using the newest technology- a carbon fibre waterfed pole with bristled brushes to safely scrub the window from the ground & rinse with pure water to end with a streakfree, spot free result.

We also clean some windows using the traditional applicator and squeegee method with ladders.

Both methods remove dirt, dust, grime, bird poop.

Yes, we carry a 2 million dollar liability insurance to protect you & your home.

We have a $150 minimum charge per visit.

We can reach up to 4 stories for window cleaning & 3 stories for gutter cleaning.

Yes, we can make your screens sparkle again.

Don't worry, we can come & blow all the debris off the roof- we always clean up behind ourselves.

We bag & take the debris with us to dispose of properly. If you would prefer we can dump the debris into your garden or wooded areas as it acts as great multch!

We can clean your deck glass and can even the railings around them.
